China’s lithium-ion battery standard
China’s current Laptop battery safety standards for lithium-ion batteries contain safety requirements or product specifications are as follows:
1.GB/T18287-2000 “cell phone use lithium-ion battery general norms”; 2.GB/T19521.11-2005 “Li-ion battery pack hazardous properties of dangerous goods inspection and safety standards” 3.GB/Z18333.1-2001 “Electric road vehicles lithium-ion batteries “; 4.YD1268.1-2003″ mobile phones and lithium battery safety requirements and test methods “; 5.SJ/T11169-1998″ Lithium Battery Standard “(eqvUL1642: 1995); 6. QB/T2502-2000 “general standards for lithium ion nikon d40X vertical-grip“; 7.QC/T743-2006 “electric vehicles using lithium-ion batteries”; 8.SN/T1414.3-2004 “import and export of battery safety test methods Part 3: Lithium ion batteries. ”
The above criteria, the first three as the national standard, the former two for a recommended national standard, but GB/T19521.11 Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 for the mandatory elements, the third criterion for the guidance of technical documents; after 5 respectively, post and telecommunications, electronics, light industry, automobile, commodity inspection industry nikon d60 vertical-grip standards, post and telecommunications industry standards YD1268.1 mandatory standard, the other four are recommended standards.
Electronics industry standard SJ/T11169 the technical content of the 1995 edition with the UL1642 standard equivalent.
Currently awaiting approval issued safety standards for lithium-ion nikon d80 vertical-grip contain safety requirements or product specifications are:
1.GB / T ××××- 200 × / IEC62133: 2002 “containing alkaline or other non-acid batteries and battery electrolytes – Portable sealed batteries and battery safety requirements”; 2.GB/T18287-200 × “mobile phone use lithium-ion fujitsu lifebook c2320 battery and battery universal norms”; 3.SJ / T × × × -200 × “mobile power systems for portable computers General Specification.”
The first two national standard, the third for the electronics industry standard, all three are recommended standards. The first is applicable to all types of alkaline batteries for portable applications, including lithium-ion battery; the second revised version of standards GB/T18287-2000 standards for lithium-ion fujitsu lifebook c2330 battery for mobile phones; third standard applies notebook computer lithium-ion batteries.
